George Pletts Meritorius Service Award


The Nominee has demonstrated an exceptional professional standard in their employment. This standard of achievement must be verified by their Supervisor.

  • The Nominee has provided service to their community by volunteering with civic organizations such as the Boy Scounts, Girl Scouts, youth or senior adult programs, religious or similar organizations.
  • Provides an example of commitment and professionalism within CSDIAI through past and present service.
  • May include, but are not limited to, active service with local and staet professional organizations.
  • Must be a CSDIAI member in good standing.


Nomination Process

Any member in good standing may nominate an Active or Life Member in good standing. The nomination for the award must be submitted to the Resolutions Committee.
Nominations are to be submitted to the Resolutions Committee Chairperson on a formal worksheet along with a resume of qualifications. A request for nominations will be published in the CSDIAI Digest for at least three (3) months prior to the closing of such nominations.
